00:06acted as if it's government that does that and whenever you put burdens on business they
00:11stop hiring, they stop investing, they stop creating jobs and that's what we've seen most
00:16recently with the budget that Rachel Reeves announced last year.
00:21It's created a huge drop in business confidence but I don't think she will succeed because
00:26I think she's going about it the wrong way.
00:28She's asking the regulators what to do, that's not what regulators are there for.
00:34She should be listening to business, she should be listening to the people who actually create
00:38growth not the regulators and what business people are telling me from small to the very
00:43largest is that Rachel Reeves is not listening and in fact she was telling them things that
00:48are completely different from what she's doing now and a lot of people feel betrayed, a lot
00:52of people feel that Labour has lied to them about what they said they were going to do
00:56and they've got to course correct.
