00:00what's up everybody this morning I got invited by this company to do my

00:08curiosity keynote well you guess it is Microsoft actually

00:22because in your life as a Microsoft business support professional don't you

00:28also have to continue to improve your craft don't you also have to continue to

00:35innovate new ideas to stay relevant what I have learned from being a magician is

00:40that thinking innovatively it's not something you do but instead it is the

00:46end result of having the curiosity to do a couple of things yeah what are those

00:53things okay so I want you to count along carefully in the audience as well if

01:00you count it exactly correctly you see that I have brushed Eileen about that many

01:05times right when I brush Ashley about that many times right all right you don't

01:10forget how many times do you do the brush but what and one thing that we

01:21connected with me isn't it told me that a Microsoft you are encouraged to make a

01:27decision even if it might be the wrong one and you're encouraged to know that you

01:33know what these days are just part of the growth process that's the kind of mentality

01:39in culture that helps you create more innovative ideas and growth I want to
