What a great pleasure working with the Western Association of Chamber Executives (https://www.waceonline.com) to help them inspire their attendees to think more innovatively.   This is a special group. I began my career speaking at chambers. Being able to inspire these folks was a full circle moment. 00:49right but but but we can bring it back we can bring it back watch don't believe

00:53guys one two and three to have a cup like that will come back over here like that

00:57yeah and then please your hand tight and turn your palm down right now one two

01:07three open your hand they have changed places oh my goodness and turn it into

01:12a watch instead

01:15as a chamber executive as a chamber staff don't you also have to stay

01:30innovative to amaze your audience the members of your chambers right the

01:37economic ecosystem of your community right don't you also have to continue to

01:41innovate new ideas to elevate the local businesses to think of new ways to

01:47connect them so they can create impact together for your community they have

01:51discovered that the more you assume the less curious you become the less curious

01:58you become the less innovative you become now are there any well that's how we do

02:05things here kind of assumption that is holding a team back right now are there

02:11any well that's how we do things here that's how things have always been kind of

02:15assumption that's literally blocking you from seeing the next big idea because if

02:21there is I invite you to see beyond those assumptions okay and I want you to

02:26attack next today with ample of curiosity if you're ready for a great
