00:58she learned five languages.

03:05Three years later, she played Sister Luke in The Nun's Story, which earned her an Academy Award nomination.
03:11The film focused on her character's struggle to succeed as a nun.
03:15A review in Variety said, quote,
03:17Audrey Hepburn has her most demanding film role, and she gives her finest performance, end quote.
03:22Following that stellar performance, she went on to star in the John Huston-directed western The Unforgiven with Burt Lancaster.

03:43She played a seemingly lighthearted but ultimately troubled New York City party girl, who gets involved with the struggling writer, played by George Pappard.
03:51Hepburn received her fourth Academy Award nomination for her work on the film.
03:55In her later years, acting took a backseat to her work on behalf of children.
04:00She became a goodwill ambassador for UNICEF in the late 1980s.
