00:00The BlackRock GIP story is really important and the specifics of it too.

00:05So they would acquire this entity with a $40 billion valuation,

00:09but look at the people that in parallel would take a stake,

00:12which is basically the same characters that keep coming up from the UAE in this case.

00:18They've also already taken quite significant investment from Macquarie.

00:21What Aligned does is it does the building and location and management of the building of a data center.

00:29Like when I say the building, I mean literally the box, right?

00:32And the thing that we need to understand about this story is that there are all these forecasts.

00:37The one you might be familiar with is $4 trillion market,

00:40but that's just for the compute over the next sort of four or five years.

00:45If you include the concrete, the materials, the labor, the electricity supply, the cooling, the water,

00:51that's another $3 trillion.

00:53And this story is a clear example of Wall Street and legacy finance kind of moving to be ready
