00:13power 67 years, and it's looking really unclear if this one-party system is going to survive the year, quite

00:22Cuba has been a challenge that has bedeviled U.S. administration since 1959, since this revolution led by Fidel and
00:30Raul Castro, that took power in Cuba.
00:34And we've seen a dozen presidents come and go, unable to change the government in Cuba.
00:40So if the Trump administration and Secretary of State Marco Rubio are able to bring about that change, it would
00:46be a huge legacy issue for them and a historic change that they would be implementing and catalyzing in Cuba.
