00:00London, especially Mayfair, is quiet. It's very quiet. Concerningly quiet.
00:05But, you know, I'm a huge Anglophile. I love the region. It's very easy for me to live in the region.
00:11I lived in Abu Dhabi for many years, so for me to go back is very easy.
00:16I choose to stay. I'm still a UK taxpayer, but I'd like to see the government do more around attracting people back.
00:24So it's not just the fact that a lot of non-DOMs have gone back. It's the fact that all the infrastructure around that has gone.

00:57Yeah, no, I think they are. I think actually, I think government is understanding that there needs to be a change.

01:09And I think that there's been so much focus on golf.
01:12You know, we had COVID, the fallout of COVID and the issues.
01:16So I think we've sort of maybe taken our eye off the business landscape, the tax landscape, and that will probably come back.
