00:00In today's Media Miss Minute, an Antifa expert flees the United States amid an influx of death threats.
00:07Plus, the ACLU is suing the Trump administration over warrantless immigration arrests.
00:15I'm Craig DeGrelli, and here on Media Miss Minute, we're looking at two stories largely ignored by partisan media.
00:22Starting with the story being missed by right-leaning outlets.
00:25A Rutgers University professor who is an expert on anti-fascist groups and terrorism has fled the U.S. for Spain after getting numerous death threats.
00:36Those threats started when the Turning Point USA chapter at Rutgers launched an online petition demanding his removal from the school.
00:44The group falsely claimed the professor is, quote, Antifa-aligned.
00:48Now to a story being missed by left-leaning media outlets.
00:51The Colorado chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union is suing the Trump administration,
00:57saying warrantless arrests made without probable cause by ICE officers are illegal and unconstitutional.
01:04The class-action lawsuit lists several senior administration officials as defendants,
01:09including Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons.
