00:25and they want to continue to be at the forefront of things.
00:28As we see the women's game kind of start to mirror the men's game
00:32in terms of, like, developing some of these more modern styles of play,
00:36they want a coach that's able to not only implement it,
00:40but also counteract it in terms of, like, understanding how to,
00:45when other teams are playing more physical with more pace,
00:48with more size and all these other things, how do we counteract it?
00:52And the Liberty, I mean, there were so many layers to, like,
00:55why this season the team struggled.
00:57I mean, there were so many things that there were just, like,
01:00step backs that the team took this year that kind of resulted in looking at,
01:06okay, we want to continue to be evolving.
01:08And the game is evolving.
01:10We're seeing the women's game evolve in a lot of different ways.
01:13And Jonathan talked a little bit about, like, what that looks like.
01:16And they just wanted a coach that would be more creative in their thinking
01:20or more proactive in the way that they're going about, like,
01:24game planning and scheming and being able to adjust in games.
