00:00We know that Sabrina Nescue will miss the start of the season.
00:03How does that change the Liberty's early identity,
00:07especially not having their lead guard out there now?
00:10And who takes on the primary creation role with Sav out for a couple of weeks?
00:14I think that when we look at how are they going to be able to replace Sabrina,
00:17obviously you can't replace Sabrina.
00:18She is who she is.
00:20But they are going to look for different players to step up in her absence.
00:23And the one that I think is the most obvious one is definitely Pauline.
00:27We got to see her in her preseason debut against Connecticut,
00:31and she looks fantastic.
00:33She was so confident.
00:34She was so forceful.
00:36She really looked like she's been at this for a minute,
00:39you know, playing at the WNBA level.
00:41And obviously there's going to be a transition for her, right?
00:44She has played overseas professionally for several years,
00:46but coming into the WNBA, it's a different level of physicality.
00:50It's a different speed to a certain degree.
00:52You're trying a different style and a new system.
00:54And so I think that there's going to be a learning curve there,
00:57but I think she's a player that I want to see step up.
01:00Maureen Johannes, like she's not a true point guard, obviously,
01:03but she can handle the ball.
01:05And I think that she looks really great against Connecticut.
01:08And then I also think we're going to see a lot of points,
01:10Stewie, to begin the season.
01:11We'll see you next time.
