00:00Our team had changed a little bit because of expansion.

00:02We lost some really good players.

00:04We lost, you know, Laney was the start of the year.

00:06It was different.

00:07And then we had all these injuries, not just to our role players

00:10who were important, but to our, you know, our best players.

00:13And it was hard.

00:14It was a very disruptive season and trying to find it.

00:18But I, you know, I just felt, you know,

00:23I just felt that it probably wasn't the right fit anymore,

00:26to be quite honest.

00:26And, you know, obviously it was a leadership decision there.

00:32And I work best when I'm in a partnership.

00:35And so I felt like, you know, if that can't be what I think

00:38it should look like, and that doesn't mean I'm the right,

00:40how it should look like is, you know, A, B and C,

00:43because, you know, you have to have that.

00:45It was probably time.

00:46And then I always say four years.

00:48I had four great years.

00:48I got to win a championship.

00:50That will always be special for me.

00:52I think what we've done in New York and to be a part of that,

00:55it was fantastic.

00:56And, you know, if they want to move on, that's fine.
