00:00When you look at this surge in interest, especially among younger and more diverse fans, Werner,
00:05do you believe that F1 can truly become a major sport in the United States, let's say, in the next five years?
00:12Absolutely. I think the U.S. is no longer a nascent market.
00:17I think the opportunity in this place is huge.
00:22Everybody sees it from the sponsors that come in.
00:26And I really believe that F1 is becoming one of those big growth engines in the sports community, in this marketplace.
00:35What gives me really confidence is the depth of the commitment we are seeing.
00:40Back to the fan survey among surveyed fans, 94% say they intend to follow F1 five years from now.
00:49That's not just a casual fan, that's really loyalty and they want to stick with it.
00:56You know, also fans are younger, digitally affluent, emotionally invested and 73% plan to attend the race.
01:04I mentioned that before, and I think that is a really big step and an important step that people want to go to a race and experience everything that makes up the culture around the race weekend.
01:17And 70% of Gen Z-ers engage with F1 on a daily basis through social media.
01:26And those are, I believe, the real big building blocks of making a sport to a major sport in this marketplace.
