00:00Yeah, we had some NFL coaching beef on Sunday.

00:03My boy Liam Cohen, Jack's head coach, telling people to keep his name out of his mouth.

00:08So San Francisco defense coordinator, Robert Sala, Jets fans, you know him, and Liam Cohen,

00:14they got into it pre-game and post-game over Sala accusing Cohen and his staff of illegal

00:19sign stealing.

00:21You guys saw the video.

00:30Yeah, let's go Liam, keep my name out of your mouth.

00:48All right, let me settle down a little bit here.

00:51Let me give you guys some context who didn't know what was going on.

00:55So this is how it all started.

00:56On Thursday, Sala pretty much said that coaches who have worked under Sean McVay on the Rams

01:01or Kevin O'Connell in Minnesota are skilled at sign stealing or stealing signs.

01:07Liam spent four seasons on McVay's staff in Los Angeles and Jags offensive coordinator,

01:13Grant Udinski, spent the past three seasons working for O'Connell on the Vikings.

01:18No big deal.

01:19Even San Francisco head coach Kyle Shanahan kind of downplayed Sala's comments.

01:26But here's the thing, McVay is Liam's boy and the dude that got him started in the

01:31league.

01:32In fact, when I was living out in LA auditioning for different gigs and all, Liam was, I believe,

01:37quarterback's coach at UMass and he was out there for whatever reason.

01:41He came by the house to say what's up.

01:43And he told me that he had met Sean McVay at some sort of coaching convention and he was

01:48going to meet with him.

01:49And, you know, one thing led to the next.

01:51McVay put him on staff.

01:53That's the dude who got him started in the NFL.

01:56So, no way, one, he was going to let Sala throw his mentor's name under the bus and no

02:02way he was going to let Sala accuse or make any sort of jokes about him legal sign stealing

02:08or whatever it is people want to call it.

02:10But I know we've seen how intense Lingham can be, but again, I went to college with the

02:15dude.

02:16I know this kid.

02:17He's a level-headed dude.

02:18He's a great head coach so far and he knew exactly what he was doing because if you guys

02:23think that he was going to let something like that make him lose his cool, then you're fools.

02:30Like, this dude knew exactly what he was doing and the players are going to respect him for

02:35what he did right there.

02:36That don't-take-ish mentality from nobody mentality, that's Duval County right there.

02:43And on top of that, you just knocked off an undefeated team and you got the Jacksonville

02:48Jaguars at 3-1.

02:50I texted him last night and pretty much told him, like, bro, you're putting the entire

02:55NFL on notice.

02:57And he hit me back, like, appreciate that, bro.

02:59Like, for real.

03:01Y'all sure y'all want to keep messing with this dude?

03:03He's turning this program around one game at a time and I'm not trying to be some Lingham

03:07Coen fanboy or anything, but I think we need to pay attention to what's going down down in

03:12Duval.
