00:03Here's your spooky spot on the Culture Fly Melt Scooby-Doo Mystery Vinyl Figures.
00:08I've succeeded by being joined by the soul-sucking candle, and I've also succeeded in finally finding these.
00:32Having already delved deep into the Culture Fly Melt, looking at the earlier ones that we did do a couple of weeks ago, let's actually just bring in a couple of examples right now.
00:41Remember we got the jack-o'-lantern, remember that? We also got the skeleton, you remember that? And we also got the bats.
00:47Somebody had recommended though that there was also the Scooby-Doo Mystery Culture Fly Melt, and I couldn't find them anywhere.
00:53Part of me was even tempted to go right to Spirit Halloween's site and order them directly from there.
00:57But the fact that they were already selling for $18, then you've got to include, of course, the conversion cost of that, the shipping and all the fun things that go with shipping that.
01:06I thought, no way, there's no way I can spend close to $100 getting three packs of these.
01:12Sure enough though, I went to a local, well, not so local, but I went to a mall, and the mall just happened to have, of course they did, a Spirit Halloween store.
01:20Formerly a Hudson Bay store.
01:22Went in there, and sure enough, as I was kind of going through all the impulse items just before you go to the checkout,
01:27I found these.
01:28Now, I did only find, unfortunately, there were only four available, but with the asking price, let's just move these out of the way,
01:34with the asking price of already $18.99 each, I mean, if you don't believe me, it says right there, $18.99 each, and that's without a coupon.
01:41I looked to see if a coupon was available, it expired October 13th, a few days late on that.
01:47But they only had four of these, I only decided to actually get three, because generally here though, on this channel,
01:52we always really open up only three mystery bags, blind bags.
01:57So with the, even just three alone, it cost me over $60, $60 to get three of these.
02:01And unfortunately, I didn't realize until I got one home, that one of them is opened.
02:06Now, the contents are still there, but I know already, so maybe what I'll do is I'll open this one first.
02:11I already know which one it is inside.
02:13So maybe what we'll do, we'll start with this one first.
02:17Luckily, nothing has else escaped from this.
02:19No souls, nothing for at least the candle to claim.
02:22But it's recommended for ages 13 and up.
02:24This is also series one, and it does have to actually say, it's not actually edible.
02:30Contains one collectible mystery vinyl ice cream bar.
02:34And in the same way, in the same fashion that we had to look at these,
02:37they come also with display stands, so you can have them on your shelf that way.
02:40Anyway, if we flip around to the back, even though we kind of already get an idea on the front of what we're going to be getting.
02:45On the back, though, the ones that are eligible to claim are Scooby-Doo, Shaggy.
02:51And then we have pretty much all the rest of them are ghosts.
02:54So there's the spooky space kook.
02:56There's Charlie, the fun land robot.
02:59There's the ghost diver and the ghost clown.
03:02Now, the chase does seem to be another variation of Scooby-Doo.
03:05I'm not really quite sure.
03:06This does almost look like another spooky space kook.
03:08If I hopefully, though, can choose wisely, because, again, there was only four of them available,
03:13I would like, if anything, probably get spooky space kook of the ghost diver.
03:20And maybe even just like the ghosts.
03:21I have real no need for Scooby-Doo or Shaggy.
03:24I know, again, they're part of Mystery Incorporated,
03:25but I would much rather think that the ghosts are going to be a little bit more interesting.
03:28At the very least, I hope I get the kook.
03:31So let's go ahead and open this one.
03:33And, again, this one's already sadly been opened, but nothing has been stolen inside.
03:37So what we get, basically, is a display stand first.
03:41And I don't know if that's going to necessarily tell you exactly who this ice cream bar is going to be inside.
03:46We have a white base with a little bit of an orange trim to it.
03:49It looks somewhat similar to, like, Pennywise.
03:51And actually, though, it looks identical.
03:54I mean, these are all basically the same bases anyways,
03:56but it looks identical in color, almost identical in color to the one that was part for the skeleton.
04:01Sure enough, though, as we reach further in here,
04:03we have the ghost clown.
04:06Pretty cool.
04:07Now, what's neat about these, though, is, well, they're not edible,
04:09so don't get them close to a dog.
04:10Don't get them close to your mouth.
04:12It does look like, though, a mouth has chomped down on these
04:15and taken a big bite out of these.
04:19With the way they've designed the bases, and the bases are all the same,
04:21there's a little hole right here, and you get yourself the popsicle.
04:24Popsicle lodges into the top like this.
04:26It doesn't do the greatest of jobs, because if you look at the bottom of this, this is round.
04:30This is more kind of more flat.
04:32But you can lodge them in this way, or you can also take them,
04:37and you can stick them in the base this way as well, depending on really...
04:41Then it looks more like they've melted.
04:43Somebody just left them on the counter.
04:44I don't know why.
04:45I mean, that's just blasphemy.
04:46You're going to leave a popsicle on the counter to melt?
04:48Somebody should be finishing that.
04:50But you can finish the look of it by having it displayed this way.
04:54So we have ourselves the ghost clown.
04:56Pretty cool.
04:57Let's put that off to the side.
04:58And fingers crossed, fingers crossed.
05:00Oh, please let it be the ghost.
05:02I don't want to jinx things by saying I don't want Shaggy or Scooby,
05:06but I do really want more of the ghost than anything else.
05:08If I can get, though, at least the kook, this guy is going to be quite happy.

05:14Now we really need a knife.
05:15We're going to grab McCutcheon's.
05:17McCutcheon's going to carefully, carefully cut the top of the plastic.
05:20I don't want to see exactly who it is just yet.
05:22Let's see if I can fish out the display stand.
05:27And let's take a bit of a guess.
05:29Who do you think it's going to be?
05:30Is it going to be Shaggy?
05:32Probably not.
05:33Is it going to be Scooby?
05:34I would think, though, that Scooby would be the same color as his collar.
05:37That would be my guess.
05:38Or he probably just has a brown base.
05:40So my guess is it's likely the ghost diver.
05:44Let's hope.

05:46And what we pull out is the mystery diver.
05:49Now, the diver does look weirdly by just the way the fact of, obviously, the mouth is chomped down on the top.
05:55But, yeah, I mean, there's the mystery diver right there.
05:58On the back, it does say Culturefly.

06:02And it says S25.
06:03I'm not really sure what S25 necessarily means.
06:05Is that the series?
06:07I don't know.

06:10Again, you can plug this into the top.
06:12So that lodges in just like that.

06:38What would be the chances, though, that out of the four,
06:41I grab the three and the kook, the space kook, is still left behind in the box.

07:14but I think it's very unlikely.
07:16It could also really be one of the chases.
07:18So I don't want to hope too quickly that it's the spooky space kook.

07:49They're not hard plastic at all.
07:51But yeah, that's going to look nice.

07:59Having already, again, we looked at the first Culture Fly,
08:02Ice Cream Melts, the final figures.
08:04Now we had the chance to have a look at Scooby-Doo.
08:05And this guy succeeded.

08:08We had the chance.
08:09And I actually got myself all the ghosts.
08:11The only one I didn't actually get
08:13was Charlie the Funland Robot.
08:15What if, though, if I had bought the four,
08:18the other one had been Charlie the Funland Ghost,
08:20or the Funland Robot.
08:21But still, in the end, though, the one I did want to get
08:23is the one I did get.
08:24So I'm pretty happy by that.

08:46And whenever Spirit Halloween stores come out

08:49I always tend to spend a little bit more in there
08:50than I normally, rationally, should really spend.
08:53But $18.99 is a little on the more steeper side.
08:56But at least, though, I walked away
08:57with the three Scooby-Doo ghosts.
