00:00Dr. Gunn will try to take a blood sample which can be tested back at the hospital.

00:07They must work quickly to minimise her stress.

00:21The bloods will show if she has an infection or hormone imbalance and what treatment she needs.

00:29You saw how hard it was to just get a blood sample off her. It's very, very difficult.

00:36And her back legs, if she kicks you, you've already seen the lash out and it's pretty scary.

00:49Before the vets leave, Tong Bai is given an elephant-sized dose of multivitamins to help her immune system.

00:59So 50 ml of multivitamins has just gone under the skin.

01:05So you need to kind of punch it to spread it around so it doesn't bubble out.

01:09So yeah, it doesn't bother the elephant in the slightest, but it's about getting the vitamins under the skin.
