New version of the Russian jet expands its combat capabilities and receives the BRLS-130R radar, SOLT-130K optical-laser system, and “President-S130” electronic defense suite.
Russian manufacturer Yakovlev has announced the completion of the second prototype of the Yak-130M advanced jet trainer and light attack aircraft, developed under an experimental design program. The aircraft features the Russian Air Force’s signature digital camouflage and will undergo ground and flight testing in the coming months. Meanwhile, assembly of a third unit is already underway.
