The nationalized Ansat helicopter successfully carried out its maiden flight in Kazan, powered by fully Russian-made VK-650V engines. The test proved the aircraft’s stability, controllability, and performance of its main systems.
👉 The updated Ansat was developed from the Ansat-M model (certified in 2022) and can fly up to 660 km without refueling, or 800 km with an auxiliary tank. 👉 The VK-650V engine, created by ODK-Klimov, is already certified for airworthiness and features a FADEC digital control system, ensuring greater efficiency and reliability.
