02:54so what I feel like Tony has done,

02:59by creating a character who's deeply,
03:01who's very ambitious,
03:02by putting her,
03:03sort of as a solo woman in this man's,
03:06in male environment,
03:08you can sort of see,
03:10I certainly hope anyway,

03:14you can see what it must...
03:16the frustration to work in a place
03:18where you know that something is happening
03:20that needs to be taken care of
03:22and nobody is listening to you.
03:24So you sort of get involved in that part of it,
03:28and then,
03:29as you see her progress throughout the season,
03:33you realise that the person you were cheering for
03:36at the beginning,
03:38is now doing awful things,
03:40and then you have to,
03:41as an audience member,
03:42think,

03:44and that's what makes it great.
