DPWH files complaints over 2 construction firms, 21 individuals

Public Works Secretary Vince Dizon files complaints before the Office of the Ombudsman on Oct. 23, 2025 against two construction firms and 21 other individuals for alleged malversation of funds and falsification of public documents for a 'very substandard project' in La Union and a 'ghost project' in Davao Occidental.
