Police arrest Montrexis Tamayo, an official of the Department of Public Works and Highways from Mimaropa, upon his arrival in Manila on Nov. 26, 2025. He is the 9th among the 16 personalities tagged in the anomalous P289M substandard road dike project in Naujan Oriental Mindoro.
