DPWH, ICI recommend filing of charges against 8 congressmen at Ombudsman over flood control anomalies

Public Works and Highways Secretary Vince Dizon, together with Independent Commission for Infrastructure Chairman Andres Reyes, submits another round of evidence on alleged flood-control anomalies to Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla at the Office of the Ombudsman on Nov. 26, 2025. The ICI and DPWH recommended the filing of charges against eight lawmakers in connection with the flood-control controversy: former representative Zaldy Co, Representatives Edwin Gardiola, James Ang Jr., Jernie Nissay, Augustina Pancho, Joseph Lara, Francisco Matugas, and Noel Rivera.
