An MP has demanded Digital IDs be scrapped, warning they will not "solve Britain's immigration crisis", after thousands of Shropshire residents signed a petition opposing plans.

01:22advancement of ai if we believe that we can keep our data safe why why are spreadsheets getting

01:35by a civil servant it's a disgrace it was done under whoever's watch and we shouldn't be joking

01:39about data going to the taliban or things like that this is a major issue it's the start of an

01:45authoritarian government and i don't believe we should have any involvement with this and it

01:49should be cancelled straight away
