HOLY TRINITY DRAG RACE!!!   We’ve finally got our hands on the Ferrari LaFerrari, the Porsche 918 Spyder and the McLaren P1, and they’re about to go head-to-head over the quarter-mile! Can you guess which will snatch the chequered flag? Let’s take a closer look at the stats.   Starting with the McLaren, it’s powered by a 3.8-litre twin-turbo V8 coupled with an electric motor. Combined, they produce 916hp and 900Nm, and this power is sent to the rear wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch. The car weighs in at 1,490kg, and it’s now valued at over £1,000,000.   Alongside it, we have the Porsche. It’s powered by a 4.6-litre naturally aspirated V8 and two electric motors. It puts down 887hp and 1,280Nm, and this is sent to all four wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch. It tips the scales at 1,675kg, and it’s currently worth more than one million pounds!   Finally, we have the LaFerrari. It’s packing a 6.3-litre naturally-aspirated V12 as well as an electric motor, and these combine for 963hp and 900Nm. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch, and it tips the scales at 1,585kg. It’s currently worth over £3,000,000!   WHAT A LINEUP! 01:30So, Rory, to be brutally honest with you, I think you've got the easiest car to drive.

01:35Yeah, this is just a big sort of Panamera e-hybrid, isn't it, really?

01:38I'll be honest, I'm extremely thankful I'm in this.

01:41And, obviously, in the scariest car of all, the Ferrari and the most expensive,

01:46we have someone who's a little bit more professional.

01:51That hurts on so many levels.

01:54How do you feel about this, Sam?

01:55I'll tell you, when this race is over, everybody's smiling and these are back on the lorry

01:59comfortably, safe and sound.

02:01Until then, though, we're going to have some fun.

02:06I'm going to rev up my 3.8-litre turbocharged V8.

04:23My tongue was out, so I was waiting for communion the whole time.

05:11So then what exactly happened?

05:26Well the Porsche won, it completed the standing quarter mile in 10.2 seconds, the McLaren

05:31took 10.5 seconds and the Ferrari crossed the line in 11.1 seconds.

07:22I actually thought I was going to reel you back in, at one point I was reeling you in

07:26but it just wasn't enough, I was never going to catch you.

07:29You were way behind, Rory, just wheel spin?

09:50didn't win to the quarter mile but I think I might have had it at the half mile Rory that was such an

09:55intense race I was off first like you say and then I was just watching you next to me I thought you

10:01were in front of me at one stage and I thought that I came back and won because your car kind of just

10:06stopped but I might be wrong it was just quite intense to be honest well do you know what we'll

10:10have to do we're gonna have to just have a look at the action replay to decide I have no idea

10:14I won oh yeah I forgot about that you definitely won

10:18as you can see in the slow motion replay the McLaren beats the Porsche by a nose

10:23now we're going to do a brake test from 160 kilometers an hour when we reach the line full
