It’s time for a supercar vs family estate drag race!

We’ve got Sam in the Lamborghini Huracan Performante, and he’s lining up against Mat in an Audi RS6! However, this is no ordinary RS6… It’s been tuned by the team at Awesome GTI! So let’s take a closer look at the stats…

Starting with the Audi, it’s powered by a 4-litre twin-turbo V8. Normally, this would produce 600hp and 800Nm. However, following Awesome GTI’s tune, it now produces 840hp and 1,140Nm! This power is sent to all four wheels via an 8-speed auto gearbox, and the car weighs in at 2,075kg. All in, the RS6 costs £104,000, which includes £35,000 worth of upgrades.

As for the Huracan, it houses a 5.2-litre naturally aspirated V10 that produces 640hp and 600Nm. This power is sent to all four wheels through a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, and it’s significantly lighter than the RS6, weighing in at just 1,482kg. It’s more expensive, though, costing around £180,000.

So the RS6 has more power, but weighing in at over 2 tonnes, will the Huracan be able to snatch the win? There’s only one way to find out… LET’S RACE!

10:43You can strike too hard if you get straight into too much intervening ABS, but not really.
10:49The initial check normally outweighs the poorness of the strike, if that makes sense.
