00:00We're out here right now building a fence and there she is filming us over there. These are
00:05what we put in right here. These are what they put in. We bought this house. We closed on Monday.
00:10The neighbor's son came over and introduced himself. Very kind little boy. He proceeded to
00:15tell us that him and the other neighbors next to us, they were all really good pals and they all
00:21just hung out on the back of our property. What is now our property? That's got to stop. We're not
00:26doing that anymore. We're putting up a fence anyways because we have cattle. But their
00:30neighbor was not happy about the fence. We got over there at 8 30 a.m. this morning. They put
00:36fence like stakes three feet into our property. Why they did that though, yesterday we were out
00:43there looking with our survey and out walks the grandmother and she's like, you have a survey when
00:48you bought this? I was like, yes, I do. Do you have it on you? Yes, I do. She proceeds to come out with
00:53her survey. She's like, well, look here. This is our land. Okay. The tension boiled over until there
00:59was only one solution to solve this crisis. Where is your marker? I'll measure from your marker the
01:06width across and we'll see where it lands. We put a stake in the ground where hers measured to.
01:11This morning when we got over here, they had put up an entire row of like stake fence post for barbed
01:18wire into our property. She didn't want to take it this far, but her neighbors have left her no choice.
01:23My blood is just boiling because I swear to God if I pull up and any of mine remove even an inch,
01:29it is not going to be a good day. We did not pull up their stakes. We put a fence line across
01:36six inches into the property. That way technically we own the fence and it's not a shared fence that
01:43they could lay claim to. This where they put their purple markers is our line. This is the line six
01:52feet over. So technically the telephone pole is a property line and you can tell we put them six
02:00feet over. These are what we put in right here. These are what they got in. In the midst of recording
02:07that, they came out of their house because I pulled up the stakes that were on our side of the property
02:15and put them in a pile for them. But they wouldn't give her the satisfaction of an answer. Not when they've got
02:20property to reclaim. So we are putting up our fence today. We hadn't even been out here two minutes. Out she
02:28came, the grandmother. So she proceeded to tell us that a surveyor will be out here today. Okay, if she wanted to
02:36pay for a surveyor, she can go ahead and do that. I asked her, I was like, so when's your surveyor coming? And she was
02:42like, well, that was actually her. She just left. And she said that whatever the survey says is
02:47correct. Funny how people become nice once they are proven wrong. She thought it was her property
02:56because she mowed that area. That does not constitute it being her property.
