00:00Leeds United captain Ethan Ampadu has said that the white 2-0 loss away at Burnley
00:08at Turf Moor on Saturday afternoon in the Premier League does not define their season.
00:14Both Leeds and Burnley were promoted from the Championship last year, both finishing on 100 points.
00:22Yeah, no, of course, that wasn't a result we came in with.
00:24As parts of the game, we can be self-critical and definitely the two goals we can try and do better with.
00:32We created a lot of chances, which we just didn't put the ball in the back of the net.
00:35So, I mean, we've got a quicker turnaround of next Friday, West Ham at home, Ellen Road.
00:39So we're going to be hurting tonight as we are.
00:41We didn't get the result that we wanted to get, but that doesn't define the season.
00:44I mean, it's a lot. A lot of people might say it will, but no matter what happens,
00:49it's still a long way to go the rest of the season.
00:50I mean, Burnley did very little in front of goal two.
00:53I think it was attempts on goal, but it's the quality in the Premier League
00:57that makes all the difference in those instances, isn't it?
00:59No, like I said, it's the Premier League and teams are clinical.
01:03We were happy that we created chances.
01:06And like I said, it's just, we know we've got the quality to put in the back of the net.
01:09Today we didn't.
01:10So I think every one of us can look at ourselves to try and work on that.
01:13And Bradford City's Max Power has given credit to the Bantams' opponent, Barnsley,
01:19following their 2-2 draw at Valley Parade in League One.
01:23Yeah, good game.
01:27You know, end-to-end stuff.
01:28Two teams trying to win it.
01:31Disappointment because we've, obviously, we've gone ourselves in front twice
01:34and just in a moment of brilliance from their lad in the first half.
01:38But then we, you know, we responded well to that.
01:42I think if you look over the course of the game,
01:43I think we'd have more chances than them.
01:47They've hit the bar second half at 2-2,
01:49but then we've gone down the other end and we've had chances ourselves.
01:52So, yeah, it ebbed and flowed.
01:55Like I said, disappointment that we've been in front
01:58and we've not been able to maybe get that third goal.
02:02But, yeah, credit to Barnsley.
02:03They came here, they gave it a good go.
02:06And then, you know, you look at us later on,
02:08you know, we were really pushing to try and win the game.
02:10So, disappointment that, like I said,
02:13we've not managed to take the three points.
