00:38Regional balance and improving regional balance is one of my four key priorities as Economy Minister,
00:44and as I said, I have taken action since I've been in post, and my predecessor, Conor Murphy,
00:49was in post to ensure that we are creating the conditions to support improved regional balance.
00:55We have seen a number of really positive announcements over recent weeks and months,
00:59and this announcement here today is so positive.
01:02It is a real endorsement of the Northwest and of Derry,
01:06and I do see the opportunity for more job creation here, here in Alchemy,
