Venezuela: Integral defense commanding posts set up in plains states

Venezuela activates integral defense commanding posts for the comprehensive defense of sovereignty, and for the preservation of peace, in the face of any foreign threat or interference. As part of the Independence 200 Plan, local military high command posts were set up in the states of Portuguesa, Guárico, Cojedes, and Barinas to coordinate a comprehensive military drill, a drill that integrates popular, military, and police components; a fusion that seeks to guarantee the inviolability of the national territory, by means of fulfilling the 27 territorial tasks scheduled at the national level, with progressive implementation in each state, municipality, and community.
