00:00This week we're going to talk about breast pain or nostalgia and that can

00:05typically affect men too.

00:13We all know that breast condition usually occur around menses from female and that

00:20might cause discomfort around the chest but for men it can also occur when the

00:25hormone change. So there's certain type of medicine that actually can cause

00:29hormonal change. For example certain type of the blood pressure medication,

00:34antipsychotic, antiviral and also antifungal. And these medication can

00:41change the male and female hormone balance in men and cause breast pain. And

00:46other conditions that can cause this will be trauma. If you're hit in the chest and

00:51obviously that is the case and that it will cause significant pain or sometimes

00:56you might have something called necrosis which is dead tissues in the cell or

01:01abscess or something like lipoma which is a fatty lump that itself might get

01:07infected and might cause pain. However, gynecomastia is a condition which is

01:14enlarged breast tissues in men sometimes itself can feel heavy. But other conditions

01:22such as the actual chondritis which is the rib pains caused by actually soft tissues in the

01:31in the chest or even rib fracture itself might cause a referred pain. But when men having breast

01:37pain it's important to do self-examination because that itself might be caused by a small lump which is

01:44abnormal that may be early sign of malignancy. So therefore even though men might feel very embarrassed and

01:51go and see doctors with their chest discomfort it itself it is a good time to do a self-examination

01:58making sure that there's no lump and subsequently reassured a bit of lifestyle changes and a bit of

02:04non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and the pain will disappear. So now you know nostalgia also affect men.

02:11We're going to talk about something which is very unusual but it is actually a congenital condition

02:17and that is when men has an extra nipple and why would that happen if you're curious stay tuned for
