00:11That's a title Hollywood doesn't throw around lightly.

00:15Hollywood legend Elizabeth Taylor's glittering career spanned 50 motion pictures over seven decades.

00:22Elizabeth was really an icon, a legend.

00:25It was just this beauty from inside that just poured out of her.

00:31She really was the biggest star on the planet.

00:33I mean, there was nobody who could compare.

00:36Not just a movie star.

00:37Elizabeth Taylor blazed a trail as a multi-million dollar businesswoman.

00:41She was a workaholic.

00:44She was constantly on.

00:47But as well as glittering highs, she also suffered shattering lows.

00:51With failed relationships, illness, and rumors of addictions hitting headlines.

00:57She was a very heavy drinker.

00:59Elizabeth was hospitalized more than 100 times in her life.

01:03But on March 23, 2011, Elizabeth Taylor finally lost her fight for life.
