The joint military exercise “Indra-2025” strengthens cooperation between Moscow and New Delhi in counterterrorism and modernization of India’s land forces.
A video released by the Russian Ministry of Defense shows T-90S “Bhishma” tanks in action during the Russia-India “Indra-2025” exercise, held at the Mahajan training range in India. The maneuvers focus on improving counterterrorism capabilities and run until October 15.
“Indra-2025” is one of the longest-running initiatives of military cooperation between the two countries, fostering the exchange of tactics and doctrines between Russian and Indian armed forces. Participating units carry out coordinated attack drills, terrain reconnaissance, and urban defense operations.
