00:35I find that to be a very good thing. It now gives me a chance to save some more money. So I'm happy with that.
00:44So I didn't get a chance to watch the budget. However, hearing this is good. Any reduction is a good thing in my book.

00:52A reduction by any amount, 1%, 2%, is meaningful to the citizens of this country.
01:00After 10 years of consistent hikes under the PNM administration, we are comfortable with this 1%
