00:00Opposition leader Hamza Zainuddin says Prikata Nationale will give households up to RM6,000

00:05a year or RM500 a month in aid if it forms the next government after the 16th general

00:10election.

00:12Hamza also said the opposition's Bantuan Prihati Nationale program would include free

00:16pre-university education for underprivileged groups.

00:19The PNWD chairman said the coalition is confident the country's finances can support the BPN

00:24plan based on the 2026 budget presented by Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim last Friday.

00:30The initiative was first introduced when PNWD was in power from March 2020 to August 2021.

00:35Hamza, who is also Bersatu's deputy president, said the free pre-university education plan

00:40would be aimed at BPN recipients and other vulnerable groups.

00:44He said PNWD would ensure that students who receive free pre-university education will

00:48also be able to receive scholarships to complete their degrees in strategic fields.

00:53The autonomy of the National Research Institute will be able to receive scholarships through

00:59the endowment or especially for the university research.

01:06Hamza also said higher allocations would be channeled to expand the capacity of government

01:10hospitals nationwide.
