Former Mexican football star Omar Bravo, Chivas Guadalajara’s all-time top scorer, has been officially indicted on charges of abuse against a minor, following a court hearing in Jalisco.

The video captures key moments outside the courthouse, where Bravo's defense attorney Leobardo Treviño vowed to "fight tooth and nail" to challenge the indictment. Meanwhile, Jose Juan Soltero, lawyer for the alleged victim, praised the judge’s decision, calling it a victory for justice.

Bravo, 45, is accused of abusing his former partner’s daughter—starting when she was under 12 years old, according to prosecutors. He has been placed under preventive detention for 6 months while awaiting trial.
