02:14is in Upper Marleboro, Maryland.

02:20Locals here swear he's half goat, half man,

02:26who wields an axe and stalks the woods,

02:30making eerie sounds, unnatural sounds.

02:35They say he's real.

02:41Anyway, I'm here to meet Wynn and Chase

02:43and see if they have the scariest house in America.

03:07When you come across a dilapidated old mansion,

03:09you're like, looks good.

03:13There were deer living in the house.

03:15We did a little bit of work to it.

03:27And we basically live in the haunted version

03:28of the Clue board game.

03:29The original home was built by the Bowie family

03:31of Bowie, Maryland.

03:32And it mysteriously burned down in 1850

03:35and then rebuilt on the same spot.

03:38I'd never believed in ghosts.

03:39And then after moving in here,

03:40it was confirmed over and over and over again

03:42that something is in this house.

03:45There's unexplained noises.

03:47Footsteps coming down the grand staircase.

03:49Had items flown off the wall.

03:51Living with ghosts is kind of the deal here.

03:58It's lovely.

04:04So basically the house was with the Bowie family

04:07of Bowie, Maryland until the 1950s

04:10when a state representative

04:11and his wife Gladys moved in.

04:13They made quite a few additions,

04:15which I think may have disrupted some energies

04:17in the house.

04:19We are becoming known as the most haunted house

04:22in Maryland.

04:23There's at least eight ghosts.

04:25There's a little doll over here

04:26that we keep in a case on purpose.

04:28We witnessed a little orb kind of fly out of its face one night.

04:32Right this way to the ballroom.

04:38Another fantastic room.

04:40This chair would randomly at times be moved

04:44right here facing out the back window.

04:48Is there a squatter?

04:49Ed McSini who passed in the house

04:52whenever he was sick and ailing

04:54that they take a chair to the door

04:56so that he could look out into what we call

04:58Goatman Hollow down there.

05:00Legend is there's a half man, half goat

05:03that roams these woods.

05:06In the 50s, dogs would suddenly become beheaded

05:09and this became such a problem

05:11that there was a decree from the White House saying...

05:15Yeah.
