19 scenes be cut from the film “Haal”, starring Shane Nigam. The scenes include the one where characters eat beef biryani, a dialogue mentioning “Ganapathi Vattam”, and another where a woman wears a veil (purdah). Even after all the suggested cuts, the film will still receive an ‘A’ certificate.
