BC: బీసీల నోటికాడి ముద్ద లాగేసిన రెడ్లు! | High Court Stayed On BC Reservations | Oneindia Telugu

BC. The Telangana government has received a big shock regarding the notification of local body elections. The High Court has stayed the GO No. 9 issued by the government providing 42 percent reservation for BCs in local bodies. After hearing lengthy arguments on BC reservations, the court has given interim orders on the notification of local body elections. It has given the government 4 weeks time. It has ordered it to file a counter within four weeks. The further hearing on BC reservations has been postponed for two weeks.
స్థానిక సంస్థల ఎన్నికల నోటిఫికేషన్ విషయంలో తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వానికి బిగ్ షాక్ తగిలింది. స్థానిక సంస్థల్లో బీసీలకు 42 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లు కల్పిస్తూ ప్రభుత్వం జారీ చేసిన జీవో నెంబర్ 9పై హైకోర్టు స్టే విధించింది. బీసీ రిజర్వేష్లపై సుదీర్ఘ వాదనలు విన్న కోర్టు స్థానిక సంస్థల ఎన్నికల నోటిఫికేషన్ పై మధ్యంతర ఉత్తర్వులు ఇచ్చింది. ప్రభుత్వానికి 4 వారాల సమయం ఇచ్చింది. నాలుగు వారాల్లో కౌంటర్ దాఖలు చేయాలని ఆదేశించింది. బీసీ రిజర్వేషన్లపై తదుపరి విచారణ రెండు వారాలకు వాయిదా వేసింది.
