04:09It is significant that we are meeting here in Mumbai as India's economic and financial capital

04:17because India's growth story is remarkable

04:21I want to congratulate the Prime Minister on his leadership

04:26aiming to be the world's third largest economy by 2028

04:31and your vision of Vikut Bharat is to completely develop country by 2047

04:41and everything I've seen since I've been here is absolute proof to me that you're on track to succeed in that

04:49so we want to be partners on that journey

04:53we're creating a new modern partnership focused on the future

04:58and on winning the opportunities that it offers and we're doing it together

05:03and that's why we struck the UK-India comprehensive economic and trade agreement in July

05:10a breakthrough moment, years in the making

05:14slashing tariffs, increasing access to each other's markets

05:19to drive growth and create jobs for our people

05:22and making life better in both of our nations

05:25we're doing it together

05:27for the different regions

05:31that we think they need to cover

05:32and the people that we're doing
