00:07Zoe Cabman, who's on assignment for us right now at Ocala, talked to his owners, Ruben

00:22Now, he had a different name when you guys bought him.

00:25How did we come up with this name?

00:26I came up with the name because I wanted the name Intrepid.

00:30And I don't know if you ever heard from your Spanish teacher that Ropa don't mean rope and

00:33Sopa don't mean soap.

00:35Well, apparently, if you put an O on Intrepid, it becomes Intrepido.

00:40Intrepido.

00:40Intrepid was taken.

00:42So I was like, I want this horse is Intrepid.

00:45And so I became Intrepido.

00:46You guys have had such success.

00:48I know you credited Mike Pender.

00:50How does he find these horses?

00:51He's talented.

00:52He's a genius.

00:53I am a tiger.

00:54That's Mike.

00:55All right.

00:55So how excited are you?

00:57Like, you are up against three baffets.

01:01I mean, what were your thoughts when you saw him coming down the lane?

01:04I knew that he could do that.

01:08I really did.

01:09I was just incredibly nervous looking at the odds on the board.

01:13But he did it.

01:14And when he finished, he looked like he had more to go.

01:18I told Mike before the race, I said, here's what's going to happen.

01:22He's going to break, right?

01:23He's going to be doing really well.

01:24He's going to come out.

01:25He's going to be second.

01:25And he's going to get jammed up a little bit.

01:27He's going to hold back.

01:29But he's going to finish strong at the end.

01:30That's exactly what happened.

01:31You guys excited to go to Brita's Cup?

01:33Yes.

01:34It's 20 minutes from our house.

01:35So it's perfect.
