Transcript
00:00What's Coach Lynn's message?
00:02What's kind of been to the defense after?
00:04Same thing, we just started too slow.
00:06Flat out, we just started way too slow.
00:08And it took us way too long to get adjusted.
00:10And our coaches have been doing a great job putting us in situations to be better.
00:15And that starts in practice.
00:16Bishop was talking about the importance of just kind of resetting.
00:19Has that kind of been the mode this week?
00:21Like, put what happened before behind us?
00:24Definitely.
00:25It was a loss, obviously, but we can't continue to dwell on it.
00:28Not that we did in the first place, but we can't look back on it.
00:31Obviously, we have to get better, but that's every single week.
00:34So, we looked over the game after on Sunday, and we came back in, came ready to work.
00:39Now we're focused on Michigan.
00:41How much do warm-ups, like pre-game warm-ups, affect how you start a game?
00:45Like, everything from how you talk to each other, the drills that you do?
00:50How does it affect you?
00:51Everything is intentional with our pre-game warm-ups.
00:54And I think it's very important that we're focused when we are in those pre-game warm-ups,
00:59so we're able to execute when the game time comes.
01:01Are you going, like, 100%?
01:03Every single time.
01:04Have to.
01:05Have to.
01:06We want the warm-ups to be harder than the game, just like practice.
01:10Okay.
01:11.
01:15All right.
01:20All right.
