This is the heartwarming reaction of a man realising his wife is pregnant with twins, leaving him stunned.

Dominique Maddox, 31, from Front Royal, Virginia, USA, recorded this moment while trying to surprise the soon-to-be dad, Billy Maddox, 29, with ultrasound pictures of the twin babies.

When he saw the ultrasound, he stared at it with a look of confusion before his jaw suddenly dropped.

While in disbelief and in shock, Billy joked, “We’re gonna die.”

The clip gained over 800 thousand views after being posted to TikTok!
