00:29Kensington is one of the nicest parts of London, where there's a lot of beautiful houses and where a lot of very wealthy people live. To the north, Kensington's bordered by Notting Hill, and to the east, Kensington is bordered by Knightsbridge.
00:49So, can you have a guess as to what sounds we're going to be learning today? Well, it's actually quite a unique sound, but a very, very important one.
01:02The N and N. Kensington uses both. Kensington.
01:13So, let's try and make sure that we pronounce these two very important sounds correctly.
01:32Starting off with N. In order to pronounce the N sound, we want to bring our tongue to the roof of our mouth at the front and push air on either side.
01:45Now, this differs a lot from the N sound, where we want to bring the back of our tongue to the roof of our mouth, so you're closing your throat every time you say the sound.
