00:08a house called the Gumbel House, which has a rather unusual style,

00:12which was built in 1908, which is visited even now by people,

00:18but for me the particularity that it has is that it is a very very famous house in a very very famous film.

00:23This is Doc's house in Back to the Future.

01:48But there is one that stands out from all the others and yet is far from being the most recognizable.

01:53Greystone Manor.

01:59This mansion, built in 1928 by an oil maniac, was transformed into a public park in 1971

02:05and has since served as the setting for a very large number of films and series.

02:10The whole house is an architectural gem, whether it is its exterior,

02:14but also its interior which I was able to film.

02:25Over the decades, the mansion has hosted films such as

02:29The Big Lebowski, Phantom Menace 2, The Prestige, the first Spider-Man trilogy,

02:34Star Trek Into Darkness, the first X-Men, Rush Hour, Bodyguard, The Social Network,

02:40Jurassic Park 2 and so on.

02:42Believe me, I go through a lot of them.

02:44The manor is still very often used for filming today.

02:47and it has the distinction of being the place that has welcomed the most in the United States.

02:56But it is not only the architecture of the houses that offers the American film

02:58a unique style every time.

03:03Beverly Hills City Hall, which also serves as a police station
