00:13who was seriously injured in the crash succumbed to his injuries at around 11am on Sunday.

00:19The remains of the public servant will be handed over to his family after the post-mortem

00:26This marks the second death linked to the incident.

00:29The crash, which occurred at around 10.50am on September 27, involved a lorry believed

00:35to have experienced brake failure, a car, and two sport utility vehicles, resulting in

00:40the death of a one-year-old boy and injuries to seven others.
