00:00there's no such thing as too messy or too much. That is called life and life is messy. And,
00:06you know, as I said before, like creative nonfiction really is an opportunity to take
00:12this messiness and turn it into art. I mean, that's what creative nonfiction is, is taking
00:17life and turning it into art. And obviously much of life is very messy. And to know, to sort of
00:24have the courage that you're not going to offend anybody. People won't judge you. They really
00:30don't. Or if they do, so let them. It doesn't matter. You know that you're telling your truth
00:34and there'll be enough people who believe in you. And so it's just to have the courage to tell those
00:40stories. Because if you don't tell your story, then nobody else is going to tell it. And it's
00:47kind of lost forever. And that's really sad.
