Transcript
00:00There's some kind of part of her psyche that's just worn away or was never there to begin with.
00:06It's hard to say.
00:07I think just for so long, repeatedly, you know, abusing people, young people especially, and hurting them and, you know,
00:21going back and doing it again, I think has eaten away at whatever kind of like moral center she ever
00:27had.
00:27It's her just this belief that she's doing the right thing for the world that makes her so kind of
00:35dangerous that she kind of clings to that and is willing to do anything for it is what makes her
00:41interesting to play.
00:43You have such an unassuming smile that I think, like, could easily make me go, oh, she's fine.
00:50She's like, she's on our side.
00:53It's OK.
00:54Yeah, she's she's troubled.
00:56You know, when you hear her lay it out and when you hear her explain like her whole her whole
01:03point of view, it all it almost makes some kind of sense.
01:07It approaches making sense like it allows for a conversation of her potentially making sense.
01:13But at the same time, it's like, you know, you're torturing people.
01:19So it's kind of it's hard to it's really hard to reconcile that.
01:24Was there ever a point when you were involved that or that she was killed off as she was in
01:29the book or was did she always make it to the end?
01:32In the beginning, I think that's what they had planned.
01:37They might say differently, but I felt like when we started shooting, that was kind of the thought.
01:43But then I don't know.
01:44They might say differently.
01:45But I didn't really know until close to the end what was going to happen with her.
01:53You know, and I still don't know exactly what's going to happen with her.
01:58I just hope it's extreme, whatever it is, and that I get to do it.
02:03That would be nice.
02:03You just like moved to a house on the beach.
02:05That's not that's not a good pay off.
02:07Yeah, no, it becomes a librarian.
02:09Yeah.
