Marcos asks Congress to allocate additional emergency funds amid quake, storms

President Marcos said he would be asking the Congress to allocate additional funds intended to replenish the government’s quick response fund in the wake of calamities hitting the country.  Marcos made the statement during a situation briefing held in Bogo City in the aftermath of the 6.9-magnitude earthquake that jolted Cebu on Sept. 30.
