Marcos vows full gov't response after 6.9-magnitude quake hits Cebu

President Marcos has expressed condolences to the families who lost loved ones in the 6.9-magnitude earthquake that struck Cebu Tuesday night, and assured that government agencies have been fully mobilized to respond to the disaster.
