Judge Mathis is weighing in on Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner suing Ray J for defamation ... and he’s basically telling us he doesn’t see what their case even is.

01:30might issue a cease and desist because this is damaging her reputation but in

01:36terms of defamation not sure because defamation by definition if it's a fact

01:46that defeats the claim. And you think she's been doing pretty well for herself?

01:51Yes she has. I think she benefited from it. Her first shot at fame came from the

01:58freak video so and Ray J has benefited as well even though he was somewhat famous

02:04before. She wasn't so she benefited.
