Kim Kardashian is mulling over a big decision ... whether to go to court and ask a judge to strip Kanye West of joint legal custody of their 4 kids, because her ex-husband has flagrantly ignored their custody agreement.

00:37which is the main reason Kim wanted to stop this song from coming out.

00:42So here's the backdrop to this.

00:48She has always tried to get Kanye and their kids to have a relationship.

02:54There are close calls that parents have,

02:56maybe you get a mediator to talk about

02:58what extent you want the child to have social media,

03:00what school you want them to go to.

03:02To be around a guy in a Nazi sweatshirt,

03:04dropping a track with an accused sex trafficker

03:07is beyond the pale stuff,

03:08and she would win in front of any judge,

03:10let alone a mediator,

03:11and she really has a duty now at this point as a parent

03:13to intervene.

03:16in terms of his behavior,

03:17and I know he's her father, but...

05:06so I can understand why she does not want her daughter involved with this,

05:18he needs to consider, like,

05:20the serious repercussions of maybe potentially

05:22never seeing his kids again,

05:23and, you know,

05:25but I am kind of curious to know, like,

05:27what he's holding out on as far as, like,

05:30this we'll both go down together situation,

05:33but we know that he deals with, like, mental health,

05:35so could it be connected to that?

05:37I think everything is connected to that.

05:40I mean, I don't know how you take that calculus away

05:44from everything he's doing.
